Emergency Calls (Critical Down Issues) are placed at the top of the list and can cause scheduled Service Calls to change. |

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Service Call, you must do so before b2Networx arrives on-site or you will be billed the minimum one hour labor charge plus travel time. |
